Cori- thank you for sharing and being vulnerable about your Dad and Bob. People were horrible in Oregon during that time. I started college just after right after st Helens blew and remember being in Corvallis and feeling alone in knowing about to HIV. Had graduated in San Francisco, and been in the middle of an epidemic . Later, Once I’d come out, I immediately was trained as a grief counsellor for Mid Oregon AIDS Support Services. It has been an experience that has marked me.
